At Scent Split, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, though due to the nature of our decanted products, we can only accept returns on unopened full-size bottles and accessories within 30 days. Please note that for hygiene and quality control reasons, individual fragrance samples and decants are final sale.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a full-sized bottle or accessory in its original, unopened cellophane packaging to qualify for a refund.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
